Do you feel it too?

 Regal jumping spiders are so incredibly personal. Every one of them has their own personality and they are one of the only animals that will not only make eye contact with you, but hold it and analyze you as if it is actively listening or deep in thought. 

   Regals are thoughtful, playful, and oh so curious. I recently got a macro lens so I thought what better opportunity to be creative, use my new lens, and show you all what it feels like to make a personal connection with a spider. 

   Look at the way she looks right at the camera. Look at how she poses. Can you see her curiosity? Can you see her affection? There is a reason these spiders slip right under everyone’s arachnophobia radar. There is a sense of admiration, calm, and warmth when looking into her eyes. It’s like we both know we are safe in that moment. It is such a strong connection. Do you feel it too?
